our program
Cotillion Connection, Inc. specializes in teaching social graces, dining etiquette, and a variety of basic ballroom dances while
developing character, integrity, confidence, responsibility, and leadership. We also focus on increasing community awareness
by offering volunteer opportunities to serve Boys and Girls Country, a charitable organization for children in our area.
One of our
programs that we offer is Junior Cotillion. Junior Cotillion is offered to 8th grade students only. However, in order for your
student to participate in his/her 8th grade year, sign up and registration takes place beforehand. We begin collecting names
on a first to contact basis as early as 6th/7th grade and registration will be available for those on our chapter listing in February
of their 7th grade year. Please contact Deslie Piercy or the Liaison to add your student to one of our chapters. Once availability
is confirmed, an email, directly from Deslie/director, will be sent with all the registration details. Please do not register
online until the confirmation email has been received. If a waiting list has been started, we will notify you as soon as a spot becomes
available.

only). Make checks payable to Cotillion Connection Inc.
Registration will open in June 2024 and full registration and full payment
is due by August 21, 2024. There is a $25 late fee for all registrations submitted after August 21, 2024 with the exception of
a new student or a student from the waiting list. Please do not submit registration fee payment if your son/daughter has been placed
on one of our Chapters' waiting list. If, for any reason, registration / fee was submitted/received and your son/daughter can no longer
attend the program, we will refund $100 ONLY if we received full payment AND we are able to find a replacement for your son/daughter
prior to the first class in October. No refunds will be made if we have only received a partial payment. No refunds will be
made, for any reason, once we had our first class in October. Prepayment is necessary to reserve the facility, the clubhouse, and
other workbooks/materials in advance as we make those payments in advance based on our initial registrations.
Cotillion
Connection has a minimum of 74 students (37 ladies and 37 gentleman) with a maximum of 100 students (50 ladies and 50 gentleman).
The student capacity may be adjusted depending on the situation at the time. Thank you for understanding with this matter. Online
registration links can be found on our website at
www.cotillionconnection.com. Please register for the correct chapter.
If your
son or daughter is currently a 7th grader and joining the Junior Cotillion group sounds like something you would like for him/her
to experience in his /her 8th grade year, we would love for you to attend one of our very information meetings. This particular meeting
is not mandatory, but if you have any questions or would like to receive more specific information, please attend. Please contact
us for meeting dates/times/location. No need to RSVP. Please feel free to bring your neighbor/friend that may be interested
in learning more about what is involved in Cotillion Connection Junior Cotillion. If you will not be able to attend, but would
like to register your son/daughter, please contact me as soon as you can. We accept registrations on a first to contact basis.
Trust me, some of these groups fill up very quickly. The class is set with a minimum of 74 students (37 girls and 37 guys) with
a maximum of 100 students (50 girls and 50 guys).
If your son or daughter is currently in a younger grade, you are more than
welcome to attend this meeting as well. Not only will you be one step ahead of your group, but it will help as we depend on
parents to network to fill up each group. There are a couple parents that have offered to be the liaison for their grade/their school,
but I am looking for a few parents to be the contact/liaison for their son/daughter s grade at their school. If this is something
you are interested in doing, please contact me as soon as possible. It is basically helping me network and collect contact information
for participants that would like to join your group.
Another program that we offer would be to customize a social and dining
etiquette program for your specific group. From Girl/Boy Scout Troops needing to earn a badge, workshops for private schools/small
groups/families, a group of high school/college students seeking a refresher course, to college students preparing for their interviews,
we offer a wide range of programs to meet the needs of your specific group.
If you would like more information, please
contact us so we can start putting a program together for you.
