My name is Deslie Piercy, Director of Cotillion Connection, Inc. I am so excited that you chose to look into our program.

I am married and blessed with three amazing daughters. As a member of National Charity League, Cypress Belles Chapter, I have dedicated numerous volunteer hours with our daughters to serve our community philanthropies. I especially enjoy
the times that I can spend with Boys and Girls Country. Having been a financial analyst for a large corporation, a preschool teacher for six years, a paraprofessional for the CyFair School District for two years, and a Girl Scout Troop leader for nine years, I realized that I definitely find it much more rewarding spending time with students.

I have received my certification to teach social, communication, and dining etiquette for both children and adults through the International School of Protocol.

On January 26, 2012, Cotillion Connection Inc. was presented with the Boys and Girls Country 2011 Friend of Children Community Partner Award for our dedication, service, and commitment in providing monthly donated items, teaching monthly cotillion classes for the teenage residents, and sponsoring several booths for their annual Spring Festival each year. Thank you to all of our Cotillion Connection Inc. students and parents who have volunteered their time throughout these years to make this a successful program for the Boys and Girls Country residents. We are truly making a difference not only at BGC, but through the eyes and hearts of our own current and prior cotillion students as well!
  
I am very passionate in providing our community with this awesome opportunity of preparing young teens for the big world of high school and high school students for the big world of working or attending college. I have been teaching social etiquette
and organizing cotillions since 2004. I am so excited and honored that I will be working with your student. Together, we will build character, integrity, compassion, and confident young ladies and gentlemen. Thank you so much for supporting us as we embrace our connection with class!
